Information-Educational Qualification (a) Junior Engineer (civilian) 81) 

Diploma holder in Civil Engineering of recognized institutions in All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, who is awarded diploma by the concerned technical education board / university, or (1)  Diploma in Civil Engineering in Non - Distance Mode provided by DEEMED UNIVERSITY established under the provisions of UGC Act provided that the said DEEMED UNIVE  RSITY has approval of UGC for conducting diploma course in civil engineering.  

(B) Junior Engineer (Mechanical) (Water Resources Department) (1) Junior Engineer (Mechanical) for the post of 90 percent of the total sanctioned force of Mechanical Engineering of Institutes recognized by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi.  Diploma holder of the concerned technical education board / university awarded diploma or Non - D by DEEMED University established under the provisions of UGC Act  Diploma conferred in Mechanical Engineering in istance mode provided that the said DEEMED University has approval of the Grants Commission for doing diploma course in Mechanical Engineering.  (ii) For the post of Honorable Engineer (Mechanical) for 10% of the total sanctioned capacity - - Diploma holder of Electrical Engineering of recognized institutions from All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, Diploma by the concerned technical education board / university.  To be provided, or to be provided by DEEMED University established under the provisions of UGC Act, in Non-Distance Mode in Mechanidil Engineering  The Diploma provided that the DEEMED University received university approval of the UGC for the diploma course in mechanical engineering.  (C) Junior Engineer (Mechanical) (1) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from recognized institutes of All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi, by the concerned Technical Education Board / University.  Approval should be given to conduct the course.  (11) Prox Diploma in Veteran Engineering in Non - Distance Mode by DEEMED UNIVERSITY established under the provisions of UGC Act provided that the said DEEMED UNIVERSITY has the approval of University Grants Commission for conducting diploma course in Mechanical Engineering.  (D) Junior Engineer Electrical (Building Construction Department) (i) Diploma in Electrical Engineering issued by an institute recognized by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi or equivalent qualification recognized by State Technical Board / University.  (ii) Non - Distance Mode Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification issued by DEEMED UNIVERSITY established under the provisions of UGC ANT. 

 3.  Age limit: - 01.  08.  As on 2018: Minimum age: - - - - - - - - - - - - - 18 years Maximum age limit: Unreserved (General) - 37 years Unreserved (Female) - 40 years.  Backward Class / Extremely Backward Class Male / Female - 40 years SC / ST / Women - 42 years
